Sure can, but I think I've earned enough credibility to not have to prove it.
Here are my exact words but I'm cutting out Jerr's property address:
"Poster Jerr_here - who I happen to know is a commercial real estate guy in Colorado- is claiming you're in a deal with him to rent suite 200 at XXXXX. Can you confirm true or false? I think he's using the board as MLS."
Here are his exact words: "False."
