Mr. Sui Xin Cai served as Managing Director of Abterra Ltd. Mr. Cai founded General Nice Development Limited, General Nice Resources (Hong Kong) Limited and General Nice (Tianjin) Industry Company Limited (collectively “General Nice“) in 1992. He serves as the Chairman of General Nice Development Limited, General Nice Resources (Hong Kong) Limited and General Nice (Tianjin) Industry Company Limited (collectively “General Nice“). He established many other related companies and incorporated them under the umbrella of General Nice Group. Mr. Cai has been the Chairman and Executive Director of Sun's Group Limited (The) since September 19, 2008. He has been the Chairman and Executive Director at Loudong General Nice Resources (China) Holdings Limited - parent company of Shanxi Loudong-General Nice Coking & Gas Co., Ltd. since September 19, 2008. He has been an Executive Chairman of Digiland International Limited since July 20, 2012. Mr. Cai has been the Chairman of the board of Abterra Ltd. since November 1, 2006 and as its Executive Director since October 18, 2006. Mr. Cai serves as a Director of Loudong PRC, Abterra Coal & Coke Limited and Shanxi Loudong General Nice Coking and Gas Company Limited. He has been Non-Executive Director of IRC Limited since April 12, 2013.
