not sure I understand your import but:
Brad like CWRN is public- irregardless of this : does reporting of 5% stock ownership apply to these small pennies?-if so, he must have filed such somewhere
WE and a lot of others know Brad is CWRN Chairman and probably CEO, even though he hasnt updated info in various public places- just dont know other CWRN officers-
KMG still private because hasnt followed thru with the dividend/ NEV SOS etc and thus no involvement w CWRN/PanAm yet- is that what you are saying?
thus CWRN is same as before if Brad renewed CWRN license 11-30-13 - just w Brad - and same permit situation as Bob's CWRN- if thats what you mean
