surprised it was proceeding-saw no evidence of such in last 10q- EA looks good to me but so many decisions are political these days- dont know if high level political appointees are still stalling/blocking this or not or whether BLM thus has more comments to address
still have ADEQ water,air etc- if get all three- and if have any money left to pursue those things the rest-electrical etc is relatively easy ...but the big question is do they have the resources to finish this
