Like I've said for a long time, if Matt intended to hurt the shareholder base he's had ample time and opportunity to do so. The fact that he hasn't tells me all I need to know.
The people who did the damage to shareholder bank accounts were the traders who sold and shorted BCAP to $0.0001.
