Medifirst Continues Expansion by Acquiring Florida Based Online IT Services Company
MANALAPAN, NJ--(Marketwired - Feb 14, 2014 ) - MEDIFIRST SOLUTIONS, INC. (OTCQB: MFST) is pleased to announce that it has acquired Consumer Resources Consultants Inc., a Florida based company that provides online remote technical support to PC users. The acquisition is part of Medifirst Solutions plan to increase its internal technology infrastructure and add technical and digital services and expertise to its internal business operations. CEO Bruce J. Schoengood noted, "Focusing on the ever increasing need for solid IT infrastructure in the medical industry, Medifirst has identified Consumer Resources as an integral fit in meeting this demand.
