(OTCQB: PMCM), a fully integrated multi-media entertainment and real estate development company, is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a conditional lease for the launch of its first medical cannabis cultivation center. Plans call to subdivide the property into up to 6 separate nurseries to be sublet to fully licensed dispensaries in Los Angeles. Final execution of the lease is contingent upon acquiring permits from the local municipality.

The building is located in the County of Los Angeles. Primco will not engage in the cultivation or sale of medical cannabis and will only provide fully permitted facilities for licensed retailers and growers.
