Nuvilex, Inc.'s (OTCQB: NVLX) Dr. Mark L. Rabe has something in common with 18 members of Congress. All of them want marijuana reclassified from its current listing as a dangerous drug with no medical value, and they want President Obama to use his authority to make that change by removing marijuana from the Schedule I category. Currently marijuana is viewed in the same category as drugs like heroin and LSD, and in a letter sent to the president this week, 18 legislators said this status "makes no sense."
