Well, well, well, it appears the bashers who have been pounding the table every day for years about their erroneous theories of scams and assorted horrific tall tales about RFMK were entirely wrong. It looks like Mr Allinder, the CEO of RFMK is following through on long standing promises to deliver real shareholder value in regard to transparency and audited financials. The Form 10/A submitted to the SEC (Edgar) today contains AUDITED financials for 2011 and 2012!!!!

In our opinion, the financial statements referred to above present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of Rapid Fire Marketing, Inc. as of December 31, 2012 and 2011, and the results of its operations and cash flows for the years then ended, in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America.

While this IMO a MAJOR step in the right direction, I think things will become even more clear once there are audited financials for 2013 and an audited 10K filed with the SEC. It looks like the CEO is in fact pulling this company from the depths of the shady PK scum swamp and making it an exception to the other "stinky pinks" in the market. The bashers never thought it would happen, but with each new filing it appears corporate progress is indeed happening and that shareholders will eventually get a REAL company in RFMK. The question for the bashers now is do they go on continuing to trick themselves and others into assuming that it is never possible for a micro cap company to pull itself out from the PK scum swamp and succeed, or, do they learn, realize and accept that they were completely wrong about the company and the CEO and offer apologies to shareholders, management and potential investors of whom were scared away from what could potentially have been a sound investment idea in RFMK but did not invest because of what a few self-proclaimed pretend law dogs sitting behind their keyboards at the ol' folks home spew about their erroneous assumptions and speculations of the company and management. Sadly I predict weak minds will continue to spew hatred and outrageous accusations and speculative assumptions, even in the face of hard facts and the REAL truth , but of course, difficult to see the future is , so perhaps anything can happen after all?
I myself will still be waiting and watching for that elusive AUDITED 10K filing by the end of March, however I think this is a major win for shareholders and the transparency proves that Mr Allinder is serious about building shareholder value. The fundamentals have just changed for the company, even if the stock may or may not price it in for the near term. Anything can happen in a PK stock at any time, but IMO the fundamentals have become that much more positive because of this filing. It appears the CEO was telling the truth for all this time and finally is beginning to deliver on promises made. IMO this is HUGE for RFMK! Every investor must make their own buy/hold/sell decisions but in my opinion, it is a very good sign to see that a respected audit and accounting firm has actually audited the RFMK financial records for two whole years! Next I expect to see audited financials for 2013 and then who knows, the force may be back with RFMK, soon , and I will possibly come out of exile.
We shall see what happens, in the end .
