The guy is an absolute GENIUS!

He said the pps would go sub penny, but I could not see how.  Now I know.

Yes - he capped authorized shares - but at 3.986.......after he BOUGHT the addition 486 plus the remaining 330 million (816 million shares for approximately $5 million dollars - roughly 1/2 a penny a share).

Now.....when the market sees this, they are going to shit in their pants and dump shares like there is no tomorrow.  BLTA will certainly go sub penny....and there will be no "8-K" because there is no financing agreement.....just a bunch of large purchases by different members of the pod, none of which that will put any one member over 10%.

Igor gets more than enough $ to complete the certification and Igor's goal is set in stone.

I'm willing to bet there was also an agreement that Igor's position would be guaranteed - since this group will ultimately possess a majority share of the company.

The guy is a F'n genius!  He is out thinking me every step of the way!  I am definitely looking forward to a game of chess with this guy!

No 8-K means the world will not know that Baltia's financial problems are fixed, and the panic that ensues and the dumping that will occur will surely enable him to scoop up tens of millions of more shares at sub penny prices.

That was so much easier of an arrangement rather than having to get lawyers involved to draw up all kinds of complicated agreements.
