It's not too bad at this point as I have most of the cells connected and they update automatically or when I update the HOY prices. If I could only figure out a formula that automates the high of year prices. Its easier to automate that (circular references) in excel, but I haven't figured it out for ZOHO. Oh well. At this point, I only have to go down the list in the HOY tab to check to see if the High of Day column is higher than the HOY column and when applicable I manually update. Once I do that, pretty much every thing updates.
