By all rights.....if a deal of this size were to be finalized, wouldn't an 8-K have to be filed?....and if I am not mistaken, doesn't that have to be within 4 days of penning the agreement?
Hmmmm.....I wonder how long it would take to get the lawyers to draw up an agreement and then have all the parties sign it. Then again....if the pod just strong arms it, perhaps they could just get it all done in the very same day!

Oh.....and BTW.....anyone with 10 million or more shares who is fed up with all the excuses and the waiting and the BS........and who would like to get out at a reasonable pps (right now more than a penny but something like 3 cents or less) please feel free to PM me. I might know someone who would be willing to buy them off you - and I believe there is a way to do it whereby you will save on brokers commissions.
