Two weeks ago, O punted and said only Congress can reschedule mj, which is a half truth according to some and a falsehood according to others. Now, 18 members of Congress are demanding O reschedule. It's the usual political charade. The feds really don't want to reschedule. There's a great deal of power and money to be kept and to be had, respectively, by maintaining the status quo.
