Hideyhope, I just checked the charts for PVEC, and they are set up nicely for a run. PVEC is a reverse merger play, and they have been know to really run. A buy right now at .0004 looks to be a safe bet. If anyone can pick this up at .0003 that appears to be the base. Your prediction of .0038 would be a wonderful gain for anyone investing in PVEC right now.
