(OTC Pink: CYBK) has completed a private placement investment from Irwin "Izzy" Zalcberg, a well-known Small Cap investor with a large rolodex of connections in the upper echelon of the corporate world. The Company has already received the first round of investment from Izzy who took time from his vacation overseas to complete the transaction. The total investment commitment from Mr. Zalcberg to CYBK is just over $1 million. Izzy has verbally committed additional funds if the Company has the need.
