It has been brought to my attention by various emails that there are claims being made in the marketplace that we have aquired NEGS. This is NOT true. The confusion has arisen from a quote on the protek website which stated that we owned a position. We have not held a position with NEGS for years and have no interest there. We chose not to update the protek website as we are presenting completely new websites in the new company's name and for the  fund in the coming weeks.
