Nobody is going to touch this in a downward spiral except people trying to average down, without a PR. And that does not seem to high on their priority list right now even though they said they were going to issue one. So out of the first three things they said they were going to do they only managed to accomplish one of them. You can take that however you want either A. they are working on more important things that are going to trump everything such as aquisitions and financing. Or B. they are full of shi%.
