Update on law firm meeting with 3 other longs in attendance. Law firm will be retained to investigate whether certain officers or directors of IC Places violated any state or federal laws in connection with statements made regarding IC Places business operations and financial prospects.
The investigation will seek to determine if any shareholder was harmed by statements made by any officer of IC Places to the investing public
