a little disconcerting with the first paragraph of the IR newsletter. Seems with statements that TECO has been relagated to spam is a big message….the people are losing interest….non delivery-----and not only for the past few months, how about the years since Reed took over and before…no performance.. and you think that people will hang around….?????
