You bluffed your way out of presenting evidence that supports your claim that the case against the TECO ashers is not real (http://investorshangout.com/post/view?id=121892). When I called you out on PACER just a moment ago, you continue to make false statements. You said that registration can occur on PACER within minutes and done online.

Here is my registration confirmation email from Pacer with my details stripped out, and here's a screen shot of the Pacer registration.  I have included the screen shots below.

It clearly says "   For security reasons, logins and passwords can not be emailed, faxed or given over the phone. If you have any questions, call the PACER Service Center at (800) 676-6856. "

You clearly are wrong about this most basic aspect of Pacer, just as you are clearly wrong about your assertion that this case is not real.

Admit it, you never looked up the cases on Pacer, and I doubt that you even have an account there. That is the reason you are unable to give even one screen shot to verify your claim that this is a false case.

The case against the bashers is real. A simple email to Kramer or a login to the site once I get my registration packet wil confirm what I already know.
