I think that is exactly what he is doing...but buy low, sell high. Why artificially inflate things now when he still has 2 months before certification.
He is just easing his way in - and the idiots who are selling now are just making him FILTHY RICH 6 months to a year from now.
Rest assured, though, as time progresses, he is going to have to step things up. He has a billion shares to accumulate between now and then (certification), and he has a very slow start.
Hang tight - go for the ride - because sooner or later he is going to have to step up the price (as well as the volume - you do the math).
We are at the very beginning of an extremely interesting Spring of 2014.
