They include posts from June 21, 2012 so it could not be before that if it was real. I remember hearing about this around July 4th. So is was suppossedly filled before then. It's not on PACER i looked today. Last file entry was 1/4/2012. And here is a post of it here on Investor Hangout on 7/6/2012.
