We are not a market leader, that is for sure. I mean it all sounds amazing but I feel like the people making the decisions here are taking too much of their own product. We were on the verge of turning a corner and they screwed it up. No excuses. They run the company like they don't give a shit or they are understaffed, overwhelmed whatever.
