(OTC.PK: RTXB - News) has announced that it is in negotiations for the exclusive distribution for the State of Texas for a Hemp base energy drink. Hemp products are exploding and we would like to be part of that industry. RTXB as part of its plan for reorganization is to procure a line of legal Hemp based products.
