- CORAL SPRINGS, Fla., Feb. 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Cyber Kiosk Solutions, Inc. (OTC Pink: CYBK) has signed its first agreement with a Company in the marijuana industry named Tranzbyte Corporation (OTC Pink: ERBB) to use our Proprietary Age/id verification and fraud prevention software in their vending kiosks. CYBK's proprietary software was developed specifically for the legalized marijuana industry. Another similar version of the software from the developer is currently being used in the alcohol and pharmaceutical industry at over 6,000 locations. CYBK recognized the strength of this product from the developer and seized the opportunity to implement a similar software product in the legalized marijuana sector. Cyber Kiosk Solutions expects their software to be one of the first software products to be endorsed by the States to aide in the control and responsible sale of marijuana products. Once the software is live and in successful use, CYBK expects other States to follow. "The Company's end goal is for the States that have legalized marijuana sales to adopt the use of our software as a standard of control within the legalized marijuana industry," states CYBK's Chief Operating Officer Oren Manelis. - CORAL SPRINGS, Fla., Jan. 29, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Cyber Kiosk Solutions, Inc. (CYBK) has closed contracts with 2 more Digital Advertising Networks to feed into the Company's existing network. The Company has closed its contract with Rich Media Technologies (RMT) http://www.richmediatechnologies.com RMT currently owns over 1,200 digital advertising screens located in multiple airports around the US, such as Atlanta and Denver. RMT is contracted for an aggressive rollout to over 25 additional airports over 2014-2016 of which CYBK will have full rights to sell ad space. CYBK expects to book digital ads for this network beginning in the second quarter of this year. The RMT contract is projected to produce 6.6 Million dollars for CYBK in 2014-15. - CORAL SPRINGS, Fla., Nov. 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Cyber Kiosk Solutions, Inc. (CYBK) has been working on securing agreements with media distribution outlets to feed into their existing networks. CYBK has received verbal commitments from media outlets that have digital displays around the country that will allow CYBK to access their networks and upload ads from clients that will also be placing ads on the Kiosks. One company which has given CYBK access to their network already has over 700,000 screens placed around the country they upload advertising to. The other company currently owns over 1,200 digital advertising screens located in multiple airports around the US such as Atlanta, Denver and Palm Springs. The Company has an aggressive contracted rollout to over 25 additional airports in 2014. The additional ad placements will increase revenue received by CYBK for digital placements. The agreements are expected to be completed by early first quarter for next year and the Company expects to be booking revenue from these ad placements by the second quarter of 2014.
