That was easy to determine.  Did you read the complaint?  It is actually very well executed.  It has the facts to back up the statements.  I don't think that the SEC will be doing a whole lot about it, but unfortunately, this is just another hit Tytan is going to have to deal with.  And I don't think this stock has much of a chance any time in the near future.  The backyard brawling between these two needs to stop.  Mark needs to step up, drop the drama, and just sell tractors.
