Personally, my take on the upswing in volume is the whale trying to get shares. I believe he contacted the others in the group (no proof of that, but he did call me and asked what I would sell my entire holdings for). I think he is trying to gather as much as possible as quickly as possible - without inflating the pps - and time is getting shorter.
My guess is he will keep piling up shares until Baltia gets to the point where the pps will start heading north on its own merrits (ie: ticket sales and advertising).
If everything holds true, then I am figuring he has all of February and all of March - but spending 5 to 10 million on the open market in that time period (I certainly don't think any whales are going to sell to him at these levels) is going to be extremely tough.
At about 50 to 100 thousand dollars in shares traded per day, that could take 100 days - and last I counted, there are only about 36 trading days left till April 1st (ticket sales and advertising date?).
