Certainly doesn't sound like someone facing legal battles and in danger of losing it all does it?

To me Steve's silence the past few weeks means one of two things; either there is nothing positive for him to talk about and until he actually produces revenues he will get attacked based on his history of failures.
OR, he finally has something going and he is waiting to make sure it sticks and he can prove to the investment community he can produce revenues.
Bottom line is revenue production, everything else is just noise.
