Does anyone find it a little concerning that all of these articles pumping Baltia are showing up all over the place? Really, the PPS will skyrocket once they complete the current and final phases. Supposedly, Baltia has all of the financing they need to move forward. It seems like everything is in place.... yet, someone is trying to move the PPS along more quickly with all this fluff.
