No not at all. If you look at what is happening it looks like accumulation to me and if you can accumulate at 12 as opposed to 16, you wouldn't you?
Also I think it is following the classic trends and you will get some corrections along the way, so all good as far as I can see.
Check out BT's chart, it tells the story right there.
