Percy, who gained extreme success as a rapper, entrepreneur and movie producer, seems to be interested in a several up-and-coming global projects at Punch TV. Inside sources say Mr. Miller may contribute upwards of $20 million of his own money into the infrastructure as the company prepares to introduce new content. Punch TV is making strategic alliances in their effort to be the global leader of urban entertainment.

Mr. Collins is taking the company forward by bringing in key personnel like writer/director Ryan Combs. Ryan, with 20 movie projects under his belt, wrote and directed films such as The Hit (2007) starring Blair Underwood, and Mafia (2012), starring Ving Rhames and Pam Grier.

It was ten years ago or so when Mr. Collins first spoke with Mr. Miller about doing some things with what eventually became Punch TV Network.
