$ASKH $PROW $MFST $CYBK $ORFG - DUE DILIGENCE

Last week we had a very good week with CYBK running as high as 9.8 cents from 3-4 cents. ICBU ran from 4-5 cents to 20 cents and ORFG from 0.008 to as high as 2.48 cents. Great week over all and we hope everyone was able to take some profits off the table! We did take some profits and we are buying back shares in all three of these of these stocks off support levels: CYBK support at 6-6.5 cents; ICBU support at 10-12 cents and ORFG support between 1-2 cents !

We introduced a brand new issue (IPO) today ASKH and we are buying shares in that again tomorrow in the 55-75 cent range. Look for a seperate email alert we sent out on ASKH. Now on to this week's HOT OTC stocks. We have one brand new stock to discuss which is PROW . The other three MFST CYBK and ORFG have been profiled in the past and we are re-alerting them each for various reasons below. Below is our DD on these four stocks starting with our newest ALERT which is PROW .

PROW

Our newest ALERT is PROW . We are alerting PROW Today because we have been informed by a very good source that the company is getting all its ducks in a row and is setting up for some MAJOR acquisitions with increased revenues and profits coming in hand over fist. The company has a multitude of Press Releases to announce business developments and we are understand there are several groups buying the stock and there is significant press on the way !

Progress Watch Corp is dedicated to independently provide high end, innovative, reliable, stable, flexible and unique Swiss made mechanical watch movements to the elite of the Swiss watch industry. We have finished the development of the START movement (See-through Triple Axe Rotating Tourbillon) during 2011 and have started the selling process. The START tourbillon movement has been patented in Switzerland in 2009. The patent expires 2027

The Chart on PROW is VERY Bullish and we believe a move up into Blue skies is very possible with the right news and buying volume coming into the stock. We like the stock and the company thus we are buying. The STO on the daily chart below indicates OVERSOLD conditions so we feel buying pressure is imminent with news and word of mouth. We LOVE the $PROW Chart very much so !

MFST

MFST is one of our recent picks a while back when it was trading between 5 and 6 cents per share. This week we saw significant increase in buying volume and actually had a weekly high of 11 cents before the stock ended the week at 8.5 cents which is up from the previous week very nicely. MFST is an OTCQB SEC reporting stock with a very small float of 11M shares and an OS of only 16M shares . The company has a medical business and a medical center located in Boca Raton Florida. There is a rumor going around that the company may be seeking entry into the Medical Marijuana business now that the State of Florida added Medical Marijuana to the next election to be voted in by Florida voters to approve Medical Marijuana to become legal. The company recently announced a great deal with a very HOT technology company, NTEK that trades on the OTC market. NTEK and MFST are doing business together which is very good news. MFST is seeking a roku channel with NTEK and has signed a nice deal with the company as per previous press releases. The company is due for news and we are understand news developments are forthcoming.

Now for the MFST daily chart below which is VERY Bullish for multiple reasons: MACD TRIX and PSAR Flip below, but most importantly we have a breakout above the 50MA. We feel with news and buying pressure 20-30 cents will be coming fast and furiously !

CYBK

We are very excited about one of our most favorite companies, CYBK. CYBK, which is a Baron Capital IPO, has entered the MARIJUANA INDUSTRY this week when ERBB (OTC PINK CURRENT) reported a deal between the two companies where CYBK will provide the cutting edge software to assist in the transaction and verification process in taking marijuana sales. We understand CYBK has the opportunity now to strike multiple deals with several other Marijuana companies to provide the same software and intergration services as they are now doing with ERBB. We understand more news is on the way from CYBK in regards to their revenue streams, including the Marijuana industry revenue stream among others.

The daily chart on CYBK is again VERY Bullish. The stock moved up strong to a weekly high of 9.8 cents before settling the week at 7 cents, which is up sharply from the previous week's close of 3 cents. We are buying CYBK off support and we are looking for significant move up in PPS past 10 cents towards the 20 cent plus range !

ORFG

ORFG just had a MONSTER Week for the PPS. The stock was consolidating very nicely in the 0.008 to 1.2 cents range for several weeks after it ran from our original alert on ORFG at 0.004. The stock closed the week at 2 cents after climbing as high as 2.48 cents on Friday ! Now, we feel that there is much more to go for ORFG with the expected name and symbol change coming to Bakken Oil and Gas; its dividend to shareholders; and the closing of its acquisition of Nations Oil and Gas. The float is rumored to be in the 50-60m share range which is VERY low for a OIL and Gas company.

The Daily chart is BULLISH. Full blow breakout in progress with a GOLDEN CROSS completed officially Friday but will show more clearly on the daily chart after the market closes tomorrow. Have a look for yourselves. VERY BULLISH CHART !
