IMHO......this whale's group will make sure Baltia gets its certification. They are putting a small fortune (actually "small" is a bad word for it) together and attacking this investment on multiple fronts.
Although they are doing things quietly and behind the scenes at this time (no one member has more than 10% in his name), it is my opinion that as we get closer to certification, their efforts will start to become more apparent to anyone carefully watching BLTA. There is just so long that you can keep this kind of buying activity under wraps (that is - he is buying up loose shares and not doing any selling - so he is soaking up the float like a sponge - and every day he is effectively reducing that float, although the financial markets and websites won't be able to see it).
Also....Benster has been very busy spreading the word about Baltia to a lot of guys he knows who are interested in penny stocks, and these guys seem to be talking as well.
IMHO, I don't think it will be too much longer before we see BLTA start to make steady progress Northward....and the closer we get to certification (late April/early May?) the happier we should be.
Bottom line - from my conversations with this whale AND a couple of other whales (who know more about this whale than I do), certification is an absolute DEFINITE (IMHO).
It is just a matter of (a little more) time.........
