"This will be accomplished via a dividend consisting of the shares of the wholly owned subsidiary KMG, pro rata, issued to all of the shareholders of CWRN, as of an effective date within 60 days hereof, on a 1 KMG share for each 1,000 CWRN shares basis"
have we ever seen a r/s without a PR saying the words r/s -I have not- and I've never seen a r/s called a dividend-would anybody consider a r/s a dividend?
we just assumed -penny trader tendency- that this was a r/s of CWRN stock into KMG stock -which i didnt understand
I never understood what they were doing re this so I kept quiet-since this is not in the top 99.999% of my fields
shareholders of cwrn refers to the parent or the stock? again,adding just another word would resolve confusion
so i have to assume from a literal reading and requirement of a parent that cwrn stock would remain until they say otherwise and will become fully reporting also so again we'd have stock in 2 fully reporting otcqb co's -
