Spiceman, not quite spicyLOL at the moment, the weather has been excessively generous rain-wise and flooding in many parts of the outskirts of the capital. The capital is only escaping it because of flood defences. I consider myself the most favouredly fortunate outsider to bump into HIMR June last year.
