Wiggie - I am so sorry about your wife passing away. I am originally from Schenectady, NY so I had cold weather before moving out here to the Los Angeles area, but trying to move back in 1 month or so, my Mom has Alzheimer's and I want to be there for her.
I spent time in Killeen, TX at Fort Hood when I was in the Army in 1982.
