We are not going to sell on the OTC! From the very beginning of this venture, from the moment each of us made the decision to become vested long term preferred share holders, we became a vital part of the company's plan to up list to a higher exchange. You all need to remember, all of us, right along with the insiders as a group, own the vast majority of the public float. It is all there in black and whit in the articles of incorporation! We truly are ALL in this together!

At this point in time, to the best of my knowledge the plan is still to up list.

We have had a nasty obstacle dropped in the road and it is in my opinion it has at least delayed forward progress. Kind of a no brainer right? So, so far the only effect we have seen so far was a late filing of the 10K, causing a temporary loss of the QB status. Seems to me that was fixed pretty fast!

IMO and to the best of my knowledge, the Riad issue is in the past. In any legal contract, the contract becomes null and void if any of the parties can not perform. In the end, Riad could not perform!

As to the PPS, a few hundred shares took the price to $10.50! Since then, a few hundred have been sold retail post split and it has been brought to my attention that a couple hundred shares have been shorted recently. I guess the other side hated seeing that $10.50 pps as much we loved it!!! Maybe more so?? All I know is, if CDFT is such a loser as the other side suggests, then why haven't they gone all in on a short position???
