I am highly sceptical about the accuracy of the Southridge website right now.
I prefer to monitor:

As we know who has owned them since 2008 and its not some guy who is bored and is playing on his computer in Russia messing with your heads - just for fun!
They most likely let the Southridge email address go as it was no longer needed.
