Please know there is one long investor here who does not think Martin has to personally answer emails from investors to maintain transparency. That has been proven by this company over and over for months. I wouldn't expect Marissa Mayer to answer my email and I don't expect a busy Mr. Nielsen to either. Susan may well have in her job description to answer emails from us, so she is who any inquiries should be addressed. He just did a thorough CC which told us all we need to know. Not to mention his answers to emails are often that he can't specifically answer the question anyway. If an investor wished to share something with Mr. Nielsen in an email, well that's one thing. But to expect a response is asking too much.
