Anyone who is actually thinking Smallcaps is making sense on the boards has to be out of their minds. He really can't be serious talking about legalization will hurt ANY company in the business. That's like saying alcohol prohibition ending really hurt Budweiser and Jack Daniels. Everyone brews their own beer and makes their own whiskey right?
