(ORFG) ("Orofino Gold" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the board of directors have approved an extension of restricted stock dividend to all shareholders of record as of March 15, 2014. The restricted stock dividend will be paid in the following manner. For every 10 shares that a shareholder owns of ORFG they will be paid 1 additional share of restricted stock of ORFG stock.
