Just some speculation on my part: Southridge already had 2 years worth of ore that they could process with a 60 tpd mill. It could be that they have processed some of the ore in the meantime and sold it for cash. Which would mean that Southridge is actually producing gold and is in production, with a capital P. We'll just have to wait and see if this is true or not.....
