Sit and let your thoughts pass by like clouds,do not cling to them.Let all judgements,fears,opinions alone.They may sit at the top of your inhale,then wash and dissapear as you exhale.Every thought,sight,sound you have and hear is just flowing information.You are not obliges to engage them or believe them.What a relief that you do not owe them anything!They are there with or without your permission.Your brain is not your mind,sometimes you must ignore its constant useless chatter.It does not know what to do with itself at times.Think of your brain as a muscle that can relax like any other muscle you have,into the eternal river that flows through everything.
