If SKTO were valued on a par with HEMP's MC, SKTO would be trading not @ 0.05/sh but @ 0.75/sh -- at the least.
Not surprising, then, that big money has spotted an extraordinary MMJ-sector bargain -- given the SKTO pieces nicely falling into place within the interstate MMJ space.
