I do not know which "other company" the I-dud post

I do not know which "other company" the I-dud poster is referring to- BLWP or who he says got in over their head so we took on a bigger portion of the project. If  he is referring to BLWP, that's not good to me. If there was another company who attempted to harvest this same concession, you would have thought that would have surfaced by now. I don't doubt there is probably a working road. But proof would still be needed for us all.
