I'm pretty sure he is selling shares he does not have. But even if there are some sneeking out the back door for pennys these small buys that are under 100 here are very important. I added 40. I know he has 200. Some dope sold 100 at $5.00 and he stole 100 in after hours trading. How many more he has that he has bought under 100 at a time is hard to tell. None of this matters. As Charter increases it's footprint with all Telvue products it will be reflected on the quarter.
