Not sure if you are referring to me but I am not a basher. I have quite a bit of money tied into Treaty and have been a long for several years. I meant to ask a simple question as many of you have a much better understanding of the Treaty office than I do.  Did not mean to upset Kanola but apparently I did. I do not intend to post often and hope not to get ignored if I do.
