There is not even one filing with the Florida SOS that shows the exact number of A/S for GDSM so there is no proof that 750 is the limit. Marc could change that in a heartbeat and is not even required to notify shareholders, something he doesn't do anyhow.
How many shareholders would know about the 15-1 conversion if it had not been discovered on the Florida SOS website? And why not use Don Paradiso their normal attorney?
