I disagree strongly that they need to be profitab

I disagree strongly that they need to be profitable to get on the radar, but I agree that it would be valuable to hear from Martin about how management can follow through and keep building this if he needed a break for any reason (that has come to mind many times). Hopefully that blurb in the conference call where he noted that they are restructuring the company now into three distinct business units indicates a strong enough team to build out three such...but yes, who on the team is capable of fulfilling the vision other than him would  be great to learn.

by the way, forgive me for asking but the clever way you word your postings make me wonder....are you really a long?
