I wonder why they PR'd Janes Card so late on Frida

I wonder why they PR'd Janes Card so late on Friday? They could have done it this a, with greater impact on the PPS. I dunno just spitballin here but it seemed like a better play. Howver MGMT has told us they do not intend to manage to the boards or PPS, whatever that means..
